He also connected my phone for me and made sure that all of the features available in my CRV were set up and comfortable for me. He was always very courteous and patient with me regarding any questions I had and I never felt he pressured me in any way. Matt made my car buying experience a very pleasant journey. More
Purchasing a new vehicle. I was impressed with Tim Carson, our sales representative. Although his is on the young side and fairly new to the sales staff at Kuehl Honda, Tim wa I was impressed with Tim Carson, our sales representative. Although his is on the young side and fairly new to the sales staff at Kuehl Honda, Tim was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were shopping for. There were very few questions that he did not know the answer, and even then he was quick to ask his co-workers for the answer and share that with us. The only negative part of the experience was the "added packages" - extended maintenance, etc. I know that it is a necessary evil when purchasing a new vehicle, but it was rather tedious to get through. And Tim was NOT the person explaining all the options. On the whole, we had a positive experience and will most likely return to this dealership for future purchases. More
Worst Honda Service Department in America I recently gave up on this Honda dealer for any & all service needs. I have owned 4 Honda's and have generally had great ownership experiences. But Randy Kuehl's service department is the worst automotive service department I've ever dealt with. If you are looking for someone to misdiagnose your problems and/or damage your vehicle at the highest possible cost and slowest pace possible, all while you wait in a dungeon of a 1970's waiting area, then RKH is for you. If not, then I recommend Billion Honda's modern & efficient service department. I can't believe Honda America allows the RKH service department to operate at this level of incompetence. More

I did not expect to purchase my I recently purchased my second Honda from Chanin. I have a Honda Accord and had been thinking about getting a CRV. I did not expect to purchase my CRV that day but Chanin presented an offer that I really liked which included the things I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the CRV and helped me connect my phone and showed me how to operate all of the features available. He made it possible for me to drive home in a CRV that day. Also, Brian worked with me to find a payment that I felt comfortable with. I feel that they provided an excellent buying experience. Thank you. More

My very First Honda I have been a long time Subaru enthusiast since 1980. My last three cars were Subaru Legacy's, and I just knew when the time came to trade in my curr I have been a long time Subaru enthusiast since 1980. My last three cars were Subaru Legacy's, and I just knew when the time came to trade in my current one that it would be another Legacy. It never occurred to me to even consider another import, that is until I went car shopping with my son,the Honda enthusiast, who was trading in his older Honda Civic for a new Honda. And that's how I found myself in the Honda showroom looking at the beautiful CRV my son was about to buy with the help of Trent Pearson. Trent doesn't "sell" you a vehicle, he follows your lead and provides the details and knowledge of the vehicle to help you make the decision. He did such a great job, I went back four days later and bought my own CRV....trading in my beloved 07 Legacy for my very first Honda. Thank you Trent for working so diligently to make this happen, and thank you Randy Kuehl Staff .....Your commitment to your customers and your passion for Honda did not go unnoticed. More

He was just the opposite of what I have always thought about a car salesman. Listened to what I had to say. Was very helpful in giving me unbiased information to compare multiple cars in the class I was looking at. Always offering to help in anyway he could to help me make an informed decision. I truly believe that my new Honda Accord is the right car for me....Thank-you Trent. My only negative interaction was with Mike in Finance. He was the only one available when I called with a question. He would not help me with the answer, told me to look through my paperwork. I could not find the paper he was referring to, so I looked up the info on google and found the answers I needed on my own...Not good for customer relations. More
