More than a car purchase I recently lost my husband of 48 years. I needed to purchase another vehicle. I am 69 years old and have never made a purchase like this on my own. I didn't know where to start and added to that I was leaving behind the only thing I had left of my husband, his vehicle. So I found it not only difficult, but very emotional. I drove through the Honda lot many times but couldn't get myself to go in. When I finally pushed myself through that door I met the kindest, patient, gentleman, Trent Pearson. He made me feel very comfortable and spent many hours explaining things to me. He even transferred all my things into my new car while I was busy with paperwork. I feel Trent turned a very difficult, emotional experience into a positive good memory. So if there is anyone in a similar situation I understand how difficult it can be, and so does Trent. I would ask for his help. Thank you Trent! I purchased a 2015 CUV. I was driving a Toyota and chose Honda over the Rav-4 for several reasons. So in all areas I am a very satisfied customer. More
Excellent Service: Chris Bush! The battery on my wife's '09 CRV drained without reason. The tech's could find nothing wrong with the batter or car causing the issue. A month or so The battery on my wife's '09 CRV drained without reason. The tech's could find nothing wrong with the batter or car causing the issue. A month or so later...dead battery again...wife not happy. I contacted Chris noted the prior situation on the dead battery, as well as bad AC-relay causing parasitic drain issues noted by other CRV owners on various web blogs. Chris and tech checked again, at no charge, but still could not find an issue. But Chris showed me the relay and said if it happens again, replace the relay. Once again...unhappy wife. I recharged the battery and met with Chris. I purchased a new AC-relay and Chris showed me where/how to install it. Keeping my fingers crossed that the wife stay happy and the batter stays charged, as winter is approaching. More

Check Engine Light On Within 12 Hours of Leaving Dealership My experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE (shopping, purchase, AND service). Purchased a used vehicle, and within 12 hours (after driving less th My experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE (shopping, purchase, AND service). Purchased a used vehicle, and within 12 hours (after driving less than 5 miles home and parking overnight), the check engine light was on. I called to see if they would run a diagnostic or tell me what is wrong, and got the runaround. Salesperson deferred to service department deferred to sales manager... each time passing me off to someone else, telling me someone else would call me when no one picked up the ball and followed through. I again called service directly and the service manager said he would get me in for a diagnostic one week later (yeah, thanks for prioritizing the car you JUST sold me). Went to AutoZone for diagnostic and they pulled 24 different error codes. So far I've put $1,000 into this car and it's still not working properly. Also, on a different vehicle, I've used the service department for about a year. They are sloppy with organizing work orders, and I've left with work unfinished/quotes missing needing parts. Again, get the runaround with "someone will call you," and no one does -- I have to be persistent in ensuring the repairs I'm expecting actually happen. So historically I can't even spend the money I want to here; if I want multiple issues corrected the same day, I have to babysit. Even after leaving my car there all day. Aint nobody got time for that. With service this awful, I do not plan to return to Randy Kuehl Honda for service or purchase ever again. PS: I cannot remember the names of everyone I spoke to/dealt with for these transactions. The only one memorable in service is the one I selected, though there were several others involved. More

He first called me back once the issue with the motor mount was diagnosed and then immediately set up an appointment for the service. Chris went out to my car with me and showed me where the motor mount issue actually was and then once the service was completed he again showed me the motor mount that was replaced and exactly what the problem was. I appreciate that Chris went above and beyond to have the service provided in a timely manner and then went the extra mile to show me what exactly went wrong with the replaced upper motor mount. Chris is very professional and friendly and I hope that he stays employed with Randy Kuehl for a very long time. More
