Overall the staff was very condencending, arogant, and at times i felt like i was held hostage at the dearlership. I can not explain why I finalized my purchase with them. I realized i wanted a larger vehicle and contacted Randy Kuehl Honda and had a wonderful buying experience! Not only did they give me a better price but the process was very easy and little time was wasted at the dealer ship. Once we decided on buying a new CRV, Trent came to us with fair trade offer and competitive offer on the new car.
