The pricing was extremely competitive and I was looking at a number of dealerships for a Honda CRV and ended up purchasing one from Randy Kuehl Honda. The pricing was extremely competitive and I liked the fact that it wasn't a mega store. It's got a small showroom and a small lot but I actually preferred this to some of the flashier dealerships. A big reason the experience was so good lay in the hands of Trent Pearson. Very cool and not the least bit pushy or desperate. I'm in sales as well and I connected with his style. He was as knowledgable as I needed him to be about the product but ultimately he let me make my own decision at my own pace. Much appreciated! Providing their long game in customer service is as good as their short game I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Great deal second time around I decided to trade in my 2014 Honda Odyssey which I had purchased from them and get a new 2016 one, I spoke to Matt Smith who was the same sales pers I decided to trade in my 2014 Honda Odyssey which I had purchased from them and get a new 2016 one, I spoke to Matt Smith who was the same sales person that sold me the 2014 model. I am a very Frugal bargain hunter, but they gave me a great deal that I took without even having to negotiate. and "Bowtie Mike" did all the paperwork, and in no time I was driving off with my new Odyssey. My car buying experience was only as great as my salesman. I will admit, I was very reluctant to go back to this dealership after my last experience in 2010. I do love the Honda dependability. I had the very best salesman...Tim Carson. Very nice, absolutely no hippe or pressure, knew his product and more than willing to help out with questions I may have had. Trustworthy I've always trusted the service department, but Mason really put himself in our shoes even after explaining how the diagnosis pricing works. The tech team did outstanding job fixing our code issue on our sliding power door. Also thank goodness for the excellent shuttle drivers. More

Good for when you need things only Honda can supply BOTTOM LINE: got the job done; seemed like a large labor cost to replace a sensor, but I'm not sure; took three visits to the shop to get the sensor r BOTTOM LINE: got the job done; seemed like a large labor cost to replace a sensor, but I'm not sure; took three visits to the shop to get the sensor replaced; everything seems to be done well; staff were very friendly. MIND-NUMBING DETAIL: I go to Randy Kuehl with my 8-year-old Pilot for things that other mechanics can't do. This time it was to replace a tire sensor which has to be coded to match the car in some way that non-Honda shops can't do (I asked two shops, and they both said this was true). RK Honda ordered the part and got it the next day. They also applied a recall fix that I had requested. So that was the first day - at the end of this day, I had my car back, but they did not have the sensor in stock, so they ordered it. They got the part the next day, and I returned the car to them first thing the day after that. I called them late in the day because I had not heard from them, and they said that yes, they would still get to it today. They sent the shuttle to pick me up and got me there at about 4:15. Just after 4:30, they rolled my car into their garage. They had told me that the job took two hours of labor and they close at 5! If they got it done in time, I was going to protest the 2-hour labor charge. However, they could not get the sensor off in time due to corrosion, so at the end of this day, they gave me a nice used car to drive overnight. The tech working on my car had the following day off, so he actually stayed late to get the repair done. Next morning, I got an early call saying I could pick the car up at any time. More

Integrity is a man's gift to himself!! I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at Randy Kuehl Honda and was very impressed with the professionalism and integrity that Mason displaye I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at Randy Kuehl Honda and was very impressed with the professionalism and integrity that Mason displayed. My tires and brakes will need replaced soon but Mason was honest with me and told me I proly had a few more months of life left. In today's society finding a dealership with that type of integrity is awesome and you better believe that when I do need tires and brakes I will be back at Randy Kuehl Honda. More
