We drove the Civic and an Accord and frankly could not tell the difference in the ride. The Civic has terrific gas mileage even considering that we bought the turbo 1.5 L. Randy Kuehl Honda was relaxed, low pressure, responsive. They gave me a very reasonable price offer and did not haggle after that, which I appreciated. The actual transaction was painless. When he couldn't answer very specific usage questions about the new infotainment system on one visit, without prompting or request he did his homework and the next time I showed up walked me smoothly through it. They also tracked down a manual transmission Ex Accord for me and trucked it in from no-where-near-Iowa 2-3 weeks sooner than expected. Mike had everything in order and made the paperwork almost too easy at the end, but didn't rush anything. Both were great with my 4 year old too. Very good service overall. The only hiccup was that accessories weren't able to be installed prior to delivery, but half because of service scheduling and half because of my own schedule. No big deal, it'll get done. More

We decided to give Randy Kuehl a second chance and were very happy not to be pressured to buy after our initial visit as happened the last time. Breck and Mike were helpful throughout the entire process. Breck took the time to share details about the vehicles we were considering (Fit and the HR-V) and helped through the first part of the sale including securing a fair trade-in value for our 2002 Honda Civic EX. Mike made the financing easy to understand and found the best possible rate (it beat the rate offered by our insurance company). I would definitely make Randy Kuehl Honda a must stop during our next car buying trip. Everyone was courteous and helpful. More
