Also happy to report the experience was exceptional, yet again, at Randy Kuehl. This is the first dealership I bought a car from when moving to CR 20 years ago, and the service has always been the same - awesome! Trent was a great salesperson as well. He was not pushy, answered my questions and didn't overwhelm me with too much information but asked how much I wanted to hear. He worked with me on price, made it happen quickly and was very nice to my 13 year old son who helped me pick out the new car. I I even called with a question after purchasing the car, and he responded immediately to help me. Mike in Finance was also very friendly, helpful and not pushy. How he can fill out all the paperwork correctly while carrying on a conversation with me is amazing. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a great experience. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have purchased 7 new or used vehicles over the past 20-years and this was by far the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had!!! Breck Calame too I have purchased 7 new or used vehicles over the past 20-years and this was by far the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had!!! Breck Calame took the time to understand what we where looking for and showed us various options. We weren't prepared to buy on our first visit and Breck was perfectly fine with that. I didn't feel any pressure. I went home and did a little research on the cars. We came back a few days later to test drive and made what we felt was a reasonable offer on the car. Breck presented it to Mr. Kuehl and the offer was accepted within a few minutes! No haggling back & forth ... it was one and done! I am very happy with the price I paid. I was also very pleased that I wasn't pressured to purchase the extras for my new car ... extended warranty, exterior and interior protection, or anything else. Things continued on easy street when it came time to meet with Mike Mills to complete the sales transaction and the finance paperwork. Again, he didn't try to "sell" us any additional items and completing the paperwork was a very easy process. I am really happy I decided to buy my new car from Randy Kuehl Honda. Well, that all changed when I walked in the door of Randy Kuehl Honda and meet a sales person named Trent Pearson. I could tell from the beginning there was something different about this dealership. It was obvious that Trent had our best interest in mind and was very fair with the trade in value of my vehicle. Not only did we get the Honda CRV that we wanted, but got to know a first quality sales person. Mike made the financial end of things very pleasant and was very personable.
