Great time buying 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid - Jim E. I just took delivery of a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring edition. I have purchased a few different cars over the years, but never a Honda. I decided I just took delivery of a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring edition. I have purchased a few different cars over the years, but never a Honda. I decided to look at Honda this time. My first contact at Randy Kuehl Honda was with Nate Kuehl, Manager. I found him to be genuinely welcoming and sincerely concerned about meeting my needs. He introduced me to Chanin Dirks, Sales Consultant. Chanin was a well-trained and experienced professional who took the time to ask good questions and understand what I wanted. He explained the features of the products that would best fit my needs. He was friendly and I found him pleasant to deal with. At no time, did I feel pressure to make impulsive decisions. Chanin was available, even off hours, to answer text messages and take phone calls. He explained all the options on the vehicles and he answered all my questions. If he didn't know something, he admitted that, and found the answer quickly to respond to me. I felt the pricing they provided was competitive and they were up front about costs. Once I had made up my mind about the vehicle and options I wanted, they arranged credit quickly and I was approved right away. They searched and found me the exact vehicle, equipped the way I wanted it within a matter of days; even my first choice on color. I then met with Mike Mills, Finance Manager, the day my vehicle was ready to pick up. He was cordial and easy to talk to. He had all the information about my deal organized and in order. He went over everything in a thorough manner and made sure all my questions were answered. After that, Chanin Dirks took time to personally show me all the features of my new car and he gave me all the time I wanted to explain settings and show me all the technology on my vehicle. He made sure I was completely comfortable with every detail of the car and fully satisfied with my purchase. He also gave me his number and told me to call any time I have a question or concern. Since I didn't have someone to drop me off to pick up my new car and I was not trading in my existing car, Chanin even made arrangements to have someone drive my old car and follow me while I drove my new car, so I could get both cars home. The customer service was above the call of duty. I am very pleased with my Honda and the sales experience I received at Randy Kuehl Honda was the best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership! Thank you! More

Rock bottom pricing With the need for another vehicle for our family we started our search for the lowest price available on leasing a 2017 Honda CRV. I contacted at least 6 dealerships asking for there “absolute best price”. After waiting a day or two to hear back from them I got Replies that were more than we wanted to spend…..Until, we found Stephen McCrink at Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapid Iowa. I emailed him at 6:00 one morning explaining our needs….Within minutes replied via email saying he would call at 8:30 when they Opened up. Good to his word he called and we further disgusted our needs and what we were looking for. I also told him that he Gets one shot at this with his “best price”, since I don’t like to play games with the numbers. 15 minutes later he called back with Numbers that were more than $75.00 per month cheaper than other dealerships…..over 36 months that’s $2,700 dollars! I could not believe he was that much cheaper than everyone else, I kept thinking there was a catch somewhere along the line. So I kept repeating To him the price he gave me to make sure I heard him correctly. His answer was always yes that is the correct Price For the CRV we were looking for. Now I’ll admit, I was still thinking there was going to be a catch somewhere along the line….. But for that price I couldn’t pass it by! Less than a week later I’m sitting in my new CRV for the exact price he quoted us…..NO Hidden costs, no hidden fees just straight up honesty! Two thumbs up for Stephen and gang at Randy Kuehl Honda!!! More
