He was truthful in highlighting areas where the other cars may have a leg up but explained why he felt the honda I ended up choosing met the expectation in those areas. Tim also stayed late on a weekend day to reach a great deal on an awesome new honda vehicle. More

Car didn’t get in for 1 hr 40 min. 20 min job. Was always a 5 star till now. Hope this isn’t a sign of future, as always been very happy before. More

Honda's are what brought me to their dealership but the personal attention to detail of my needs, and convenience factor my sales rep gives me is why I return. I went from leasing my last 2 vehicles unto purchasing my current vehicle thru Randy Kuehl. I dont have a lot of extra time to spare sitting at dealerships making the car deals so Channin was always around to communicate back and forth via text or a phone call. More

Told that they would like to have it for the day which we usually do anyway. I dropped it off at 7:30 and Chris called around 10:30 to say it was ready. Great communication through the whole process. Found the passenger side airbag needs to be replaced for $802. No warranty, not pleased about that. Honda has already warrantied two other airbag repairs. I own 4 Honda's now not buying another! CRV is 9 years old but still a bad airbag I shouldn't have to pay for. I have to do it for safety reasons. No fault of the dealer. More

Kuehl was the only place we had our Odyssey serviced since it was new. After the trouble we had in dealing with our used Accord that they did the 45k transmission service on and then the case cracked due to overtightening and they deny any wrongdoing, we chose not to have our 45k transmission service done on our van by them. Seems part of the 22 pt complimentary inspection never includes the air filter. Imagine our surprise when we took a look at it at around 50k and it looked like 2 dead birds caught in it because it was so filthy. If they can't handle an air filter, I don't think I would trust them doing any other service. Picture is on their FB page under my review if you'd like to see it. More
