Service Review I was really not happy with the service I received and will not return. Each person I spoke to gave me a different answer. I can not take my car to a place where I can not trust anything they say. From setting up the appt (which they later said was different - but I have a voice mail with the original details), to the work that needed to be done.....or did it? I got 2-3 different answers. When I narrowed my decision down to the Honda Accord, we took it for a spin to make sure it was the right car for me. Prior to the test drive, Tim patiently explained the safety, entertainment and convenience features. Upon returning and after learning the price-range I was considering, he met with his sales manager, Dan Quinby, and they wasted no time offering me a fair trade-in value for my car. When I came in just three business days later to pick up the Accord they had ordered for me, Tim explained the settings I could choose from and then set up the car to my exact specifications. While I completed the paperwork, which was also a very efficient and painless experience, Tim had my plates installed. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured to purchase. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have had. More

Bad advice My accord had E85 gas put in by mistake. Ran fine and had about 1/4 tank left. Went in due to check engine light on to make sure that was the reason My accord had E85 gas put in by mistake. Ran fine and had about 1/4 tank left. Went in due to check engine light on to make sure that was the reason. Was told had to drop the tank and drain the gas. With labor bill was $517. Was not told of any option regarding putting the correct fuel in and running out the remaining E85. Very expensive mistake. More
