Asked for a no haggle fair price after coming to conclusion that Ridgeline was what I wanted, and that is exactly what I got. No high pressure and gimmicks that Billion brings into the mix, like muddling up the bargaining with their val-pro crap, and having a sales manager swoop in when trying to leave and them trying to keep me there for more hours. If you are buying Honda, Randy Kuehl's is a much better place to do business and avoid high pressure sales gimmicks over Billion, hands down. More

Honda CRV My CRV (31,000 miles) died twice on Sunday - left it over night for Service on Monday. Good news: I appreciated that Service was able to determin My CRV (31,000 miles) died twice on Sunday - left it over night for Service on Monday. Good news: I appreciated that Service was able to determine it needed a new battery AND complete an oil change and rotate tires the same day. This was time saving/convenient for me. Average: The team was less than welcoming and friendly on Monday... and when I picked up my car and paid, I thanked them for getting it done. However, no one said 'thank you' to me for brining my CRV to RK Honda for service, or for being a long time loyal customer. This is not a new experience for me... just taking the time to share with you since most all other businesses I use are very appreciative -- i.e, they thank their customers "thank you for ..... " jk More

Simple and Easy We were in the market for a Honda Ridgleline and we found a listing on CarGurus to Randy Kuehl Honda. We filled out the contact form on their website We were in the market for a Honda Ridgleline and we found a listing on CarGurus to Randy Kuehl Honda. We filled out the contact form on their website and we were promptly replied to by our salesman Ron Lowenberg. Ron did a good job of answering all of our questions and he was quick to reply back and forth by text message. We traveled 5 hours from South Dakota to purchase our truck and we were not disappointed. I had asked Ron before driving to pick up the truck if there were any open recalls or service bulletins that needed to be done before we picked up the truck. He said he checked and there weren't any, but two days later he checked again and there was a service bulletin out for the fuel cap. He had the part Fedex shipped to them and the service shop had the part installed before we arrived to pick up the vehicle. When we got to the dealership we were expecting the paperwork to take 30-60 minutes from past experiences at other dealerships. Ron and Jason had us send over some of the information before we got there and we were in and out of there in 5 minutes. Jason did a great job of going over all of the details and we appreciate that he wasn't a pushy salesperson trying to make you buy an extended warranty (or other misc items) that we were not interested in. So far this has been one of our best car dealership experiences and we will definitely keep them in mind for future vehicle purchases. More

Searched online and Breck Calame of Randy Kuehl Honda reached out to help. Not only would they meet our pricing goals but they had the car I wanted warmed up and ready to test drive when we arrived. He was very personable and accommodating. His knowledge was reassuring. It was definitely a worth the 1.5 hour drive on a snowy January day! More
