Great Sales Experience The sales and financing staff at Randy Kuehl were very easy to work with and very low pressure. They presented us with several different options and The sales and financing staff at Randy Kuehl were very easy to work with and very low pressure. They presented us with several different options and were very up front about the pricing and process. They didn't play the monthly payment game and talked to us about all the numbers and answered all of our questions. When we hit a snag due to a freeze on my credit I was unaware of, they were patient, helped us find phone numbers to call, and were very understanding when the process took longer than expected. We had shopped around on line and called a couple of other dealers, but Tim was able to beat any other deal we could find and it wasn't a fight or the back and forth bartering you might get at other dealers. I also felt like they were very fair with my trade-in value and the offer they gave was competitive to other dealers and in line with KBB estimates.. Overall, everyone we worked with was friendly, sincere, and we felt like they were there to get us a good deal and get us in the car we wanted. We will definitely come back when we need another car in a few years!! More

Disappointing I dropped my car off around 8:20 on a Monday morning for a recall issue. I also let them know that the gearshift button was hard to push in and I wou I dropped my car off around 8:20 on a Monday morning for a recall issue. I also let them know that the gearshift button was hard to push in and I would appreciate it if they could check that for me. The service guy was very nice and pointed me to the waiting room for the shuttle. I waited almost an hour for the shuttle!! I thought that this was ridiculous and rude to the people who were on there way to work. They called me after a few hours and said my car was ready. I went to pick it up, signed the paperwork, and noted that nothing was said about the gearshift knob so I asked the service guy. He said that they are known for doing that and to pretty much wait until it breaks!! I was shocked at his answer. In all honesty I don't even think they looked at it. They said my car was out the door to the left so I headed out -- could not find my car and trampled around the snow in there poorly plowed lot and finally found my car (it was to the right!!) They had parked it in a pile of snow that I trampled through to get to my car. I had on work clothes including heels and had to walk through five inches of unplowed snow. This is the first time I have brought my car to Randy Kuehl Honda and it will be the last. The service dept did not do anything to accommodate the customer at all. I understand we have had a ton of snow, but they could've brought my car up to the door for me. More
