All service providers with whom I dealt are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always concerned about checking the vehicle to make sure it is safe, which I appreciate. It turned out all was well -- except for the poor tire. They replaced the tire and also provided a convenient shuttle service to and from my home both when leaving my car and picking it up.
