They are playing the same games that every other dealership is playing, forcing you to buy “options” if you want the vehicle. Options i would have never purchased if id had a choice. But if i wanted a new Accord in Jan 2022 i was going to have to pay for some regardless. They did however force about half of what every other dealership i haggled with wanted so that was at least a small plus. Their MSRP plus destination fee was cheaper than closer dealerships straight MSRP, many of the dealerships or most are really playing games with numbers and terms right now. Link on their sight to get your trade in value is worthless as they don't honor the price it gives. They wanted full value on their sale and much less than full trade value on the trade in. Kind of a sign of the times and sounds like its going to be that way for another year or two. So while im not entirely happy with how the numbers crunched they were the best deal i found in over a week of thorough searching in state. Sales staff and finance office were all very easy to work with. More

We first contacted the local dealerships about buying a new CRV. The first one did not give us a personal response, just a standard e-mail.
