From the first time that I talk to Jon Dugan until I received my new Honda ridgeline that he had ordered for me I was very impressed with not only John but this dealership. John was very helpful in expl received my new Honda ridgeline that he had ordered for me I was very impressed with not only John but this dealership. John was very helpful in explaining all the details and steps to be taken to order the truck I wanted. John kept me updated on the scheduling of assembly of my truck through when it should be shipped. Not once did I have to ask any details about my order. When my truck came in I was called and set up a time to pick it up. John went over the truck with me and all the information on protection packages for the truck and what cost would be out of pocket if I did not purchase the packages. I was very impressed with his knowledge about not only the truck but with the packages available to me I was called when the items we ordered for the truck came in so I could bring the truck back for them to install. John was not there that day but the other guys jumped right in to help me out and was able to provide me a loaner car so that I could return home an hour and a half away. Everyone in the dealership was very helpful and listened to my concerns. I was put in the loaner car with a full tank of gas and will be notified when my truck is ready to be picked up. Happy with all the service and feel as though I am a valued customer. More
