I had 2 recalls on my Lincoln Navigator. I called Planet Lincoln & could not have them help me because they were very busy. I called Randall Reed Ford and Kelli Campbell asked the service li I called Planet Lincoln & could not have them help me because they were very busy. I called Randall Reed Ford and Kelli Campbell asked the service line & told I could have the recall done there with help. She was amazing. She gave me the Road Side Assistant 800 number & within 2 hours from calling Kelli my Lincoln Navigator was at Randall Reed Ford. Kelli called me & updated me all through the repair process. The check in process was wonderfully quick and friendly. But I was disappointed at the selling of snacks and the loud talking between the concession worker and custodian at the counter. It lasted for over 45 minutes and was very annoying when the patrons were trying to work, watch tv, read etc. After receiving my vehicle I noticed that it was not washed. I went back inside asked someone and I was told that they don’t wash vehicles as a courtesy. Ford uses an outside service at the customer’s expense; he then said that they don’t do a good job. I was shocked! Selling snacks and charging customers for a wash, not acceptable. This is my first time owning a Ford, and after experiencing Mercedes and Lexus’s lounges; I feel that more comfortable measures is required. More
