Lack of communication from service team. Was told it would take 10 days to connect truck to computer to diagnose issue. After speaking with customer care director I was informed they could p Was told it would take 10 days to connect truck to computer to diagnose issue. After speaking with customer care director I was informed they could pull all this data from the truck directly without the dealership. Scheduled a time to bring in truck for service. After a week of no updates I called back and was told the shop manager was driving it to try and get code to come back on truck. After another week with no update and no mileage increase in ford pass app I called back again to customer care. Was told my truck was still sitting on lot and not in the shop. My truck was 2 weeks old and it was not a priority to anyone but the customer care director. I now have my truck back since nobody was working on it. When picking it up I was told they sent it to diagnostics even though they already had all the error codes. I now have to take it back again when a spot opens up in the shop. If they would have told me this from the beginning I would have been able to enjoy my brand new truck. More

Kelli was great to work with. We had an appointment set for 0700 and the truck mostly got in on time. I was disappointed in how long it took even though we had an appointment. 4.5 We had an appointment set for 0700 and the truck mostly got in on time. I was disappointed in how long it took even though we had an appointment. 4.5 hours for new tires and alignment. These are work trucks so time is money. I set appointments as early in the morning so that wait is minimal. Side of the truck had greasy hand prints on it. I have four vehicles that are serviced exclusively in your service department and I drive from Pearland to have them serviced there. So mine and my staffs time is important. More
Very pleased with the customer service I received yesterday. First experience and first service for my truck. Had an appt for Thursday but was in the area so I called and the guy said come in. Tim go yesterday. First experience and first service for my truck. Had an appt for Thursday but was in the area so I called and the guy said come in. Tim got me checked in and I waited in the lounge and was out of there in about an hour, hour and 15. That was awesome and I really appreciate it. More
