Kelli Campbell is the best Service Advisor we have ever had. For us to get absolutely terrible service from Planet Lincoln and then take our Lincoln to Planet Ford because of my Husbands Service Advisor an had. Sure hope Randall Reed reads this and know that we will NEVER go back to Planet Lincoln service. But all our Ford products will go to Ms. Kelli Campbell at Planet Ford 59!!!!! They remove my engine cover and never replaced it. now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover. Every time my oil is changed they do not tighten the heat shield and the now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover. The Mobile Service for the recall on my Ford Fusion was wonderful. The service technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had been to Planet Ford on 2 separate occ wonderful. The service technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I told the Service Department that I had to drive my grandchild to school. The only reason that I was able to get the recall work done was because of the Mobile Service. It was a Do Not Drive Recall.
