Showed up before 7am to be first in line. Needed an oil change. By 7:10 ish vehicle was in possession of dealership. Was directed to the lobby. I sat there and waited until 9:05 when I was called to make payment for services. Two hours for an oil change is not acceptable. I noticed all shop employees had a meeting at 8am. Not once was I notified or given an update on service. Shop employees show no sense of urgency. Often moping around and moving sluggishly. I sort of wish the window wasn't there to where I could see how de motivated shop employees are. With many other dealerships in the Houston Market, I will definitely explore my options and try my luck elsewhere. More
