The team lacks attention to detail and I’ve had to revisit for recurring issues multiple times. In addition to that, they have also caused issues due to poor workmanship and quality. The service contact has been accommodating, and supportive but the service management fails to follow through on actions committed by the service desk folks. An example is covering rental fees for the lack of having loaners on maintenance issues caused by the technicians. I’ve had to make multiple phone calls to rental agency, ford management folks and waste many hours dealing with their poor attention to detail, communication, and customer service. I love Ford and have had 3 explorers, two from this dealer, but this specific 2020 ST is plagued with reliability issues. Due to that, and having all of these experiences, my next explorer will not be purchased from this location. More

I was cool with letting the dealer keep my vehicle for a week to get a recall done and oil change done as they were busy. I didn’t ask for a shuttle or a rental/loaner car. I arranged my own transport and went without a car for a week. Not to mention this was the second time I had to come back for the same recall. I was messaged my car was ready for pickup. I left work headed over to pick it up only to find that the dealer lost my vehicle which the time it took to find my vehicle made me late returning to work. All of my mirrors were adjusted/changed as well as my driver seat. Not simply moved forward or back the seat was lowered to the ground and reclined back like someone was joy riding. My radio station was changed also. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure how a service dept. would not no that rule number one should be don’t mess with a customers settings. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. More
I don’t know where to begin service is horrible! !! Waited two and a half hours on an oil change. The guy doing the service got into my vehicle with oil on him, no paper or protection. Then he droppe !! Waited two and a half hours on an oil change. The guy doing the service got into my vehicle with oil on him, no paper or protection. Then he dropped my skid plate unnecessarily and found out once I left he put it back on wrong. I’ve been buying oil change packages for years but I will never be back!!!! More
