Poor salesmanship. My wife and I visited the Planet Ford 59 with my mother in law and her husband whom was also interested in purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased two f150’s from the dealership before. My wife and I owned a Mazda cx9 which was a little tight. So we were interested in a larger Expedition and the in-laws were interested in a Bronco. We were so excited when we arrived at the dealership and when we left we were so down that we through the business cards in the trash as we left out the door. K Riley gave use a very bad experience. He was never present, he answered every call received via cell when we had questions, we were told our children could not participate in the test drive that it was company policy.Long story short you all lost two sales, the fist my in-laws chose a Jeep Gladiator over the Ford Bronco not because it was better, however service and experience. My wife and I chose a Toyota Grand Highlander over the Ford Expedition for the same reason. We all went to two other dealerships who wanted to earn our business and treated us serious and with respect. It will be up for debate when I trade in my Ford F150 if I will do bones with this dealership. More

I first made an appointment for my truck at the end of February. I was told there was a long wait and would need to wait to be called in. My service advisor Steven never once reached back out to me. Every February. I was told there was a long wait and would need to wait to be called in. My service advisor Steven never once reached back out to me. Every time I got any information it was me calling him. He finally told me to bring my truck in a month later and it still took 2 weeks for my truck to even be seen. He told me on 4 separate occasions that while my truck waited for the transmission shop that they would take care of the unintentional tailgate opening recall. Fast forward another month almost, I was promised back my truck on a Thursday and that he would call me when ready..low an behold, Steven went on vacation and passed the ticket to someone else without ever calling me once. When I picked up my truck on a Friday, she informed me that the recall I was told would be done 4 different times.... Never got done. I was unable to drive my truck for 2 months and loaners were never available... Until I went to pick it up and was told I could get one if I wanted to leave it more time for the recall. I have never had an experience as poor at his one with any planet ford. Communication is key and there was zero from Steven. More
