Took my car in for a safety recall. Took them 2 weeks to do and also said my A\C needed repair.$3500 later fixed only to stop working 2 days later. Service tech did a good job picking up from a tech who no longer works at Randall Reed. It seemed they didn't know of my appointment. They got me in and balanced all 4 tires and wheels.
