Had to leave my vehicle for an estimated minimum of 10-14 days before a DIAGNOSIS could be made, with no option of making an appointment to hold my place "in line". Prior to a diagnosis, a loaner car was out days before a DIAGNOSIS could be made, with no option of making an appointment to hold my place "in line". Prior to a diagnosis, a loaner car was out of the question, even though the repair was going to be covered under my top of the line warranty bought directly through Ford. Upon completion of all repairs, I paid what I owed while someone pulled my vehicle around. I walked out and got into my vehicle to find that my windshield had been broken all the way from the driver side to the passenger side right at eye level. No one had even noticed, or if they did they chose to ignore it. I am very glad I did not drive off first, but luckily (haha) for me the break was so blatantly obvious that I couldn't have missed it. Pictures had been taken during drop off, so there was no question when the damage occurred. The repair cost of their at-fault damage required special management approval which took a few days, and then several more days for them to get me an appointment with a third party to replace the windshield. Overall I was without my vehicle for about 3 weeks and spent another 5 driving with a broken windshield. Now that I've had the vehicle back for a few weeks, I've noticed that the dashboard and the center console must have been removed at some point during the repair process because there are now gaps all over where they didn't take care to ensure proper fit up during reinstallation. I'm terribly unhappy with the service center and I will not take my vehicle there again and certainly I will never buy a car from them either. More
