Took truck in on a Tuesday after speaking with advisor Monday. Recall for tailgate and message center showing unnecessary trailer disconnect message. Dealer tells you one thing and does another. Lie to your face. First car broke down. I told them I was not happy with it. They gave me another to try til Friday. Came back Friday to sign papers on Second car and cancel first. They said I had to get the first car because they had turned in or finalized first the contract. I refused. I found a policy for 14 days they have give me a car that I am happy with or give my 4,000 down payment back. 3 months later I still had no tags. The whole time they had them. Would not release because of their mess up of $500 from first contract to second contract. So I had to pay that to get my tags. Cynthia was our salesperson. She was the sweetest and trying to help as much as she was allowed. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! More
