Unresponsive, no communication, no service "Booked" my vehicle in for a diagnosis and repair of an ABS issue. Tim told me to take the truck in the next day and they would look at it. They didn "Booked" my vehicle in for a diagnosis and repair of an ABS issue. Tim told me to take the truck in the next day and they would look at it. They didn't look at the vehicle for more than a day and a half. I called and the technicians mailbox was full. Passed on messages to call back with no response until pushed very hard. Was told pm on day 1 that vehicle would be looked at the next morning. Called in the afternoon (multiple times to get a response) and vehicle still hadn't been looked at. Techs voicemail was full so no way to contact other that switchboard every time. They just pass on the call then hang up and it goes to a voicemail box that's full. Very service orientated. I have no issue if you are backed up and can't get to my vehicle, just tell me. Don't make up crap and tell me you'll get to it first thing. Truck would still be there if I hadn't pulled it. More

Service Department Problems after purchase New vehicle needed minor paint touch ups, scratch removal and console door fixed upon purchase. 5K mile checkup was a breeze! I was immediately greeted and attended to by counter personnel. When they said the wait time would be 1.5 to 2 hrs, they offered to take me home and I was immediately greeted and attended to by counter personnel. When they said the wait time would be 1.5 to 2 hrs, they offered to take me home and pick me up again when my vehicle was ready. The shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. My whole experience was great. More

Best Place to get your ford needs Had a accident and since I had bought my car from here I decided to bring it back when we was in a accident 2 months later, had a rocky start but Gary Had a accident and since I had bought my car from here I decided to bring it back when we was in a accident 2 months later, had a rocky start but Gary and Jeff Stapp took care of everything for me and getting my car back home. I am satisfied on the quality of work and service I received after a small mix up. They went above and beyond is making sure I had a loaner at no extra cost and fixed things that wasn't even accident related, Thank you guys so much. If you need to buy a used car come to planet Ford Humble they will take care of you (I love my Ford Edge) when you get into a accident and need your car fixed they will take care and give you quality work and the best customer service even when there was issues.
