The personal help to me by the courtesy shuttle drivers and the fact that this service is available is noteworthy in itself. Amanda's persistence with American Auto Shield, my extended warranty provider is a credit to her and I appreciate those efforts very much. Sad performance I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 day I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 days. They also did some recall work during this time. One of the recalls was to work on the door mechanism. 2 days after I got it back I found one of my back doors would not open from the inside. I found a part they had taken out of my door under the back seat. I took the door panel off and found the door mechanism cable was not connected. I did this myself as I have no confidence in Planet Ford service. More

I took it to Randall Reed, and the tech noticed that the description matched a TSB that had been out over a year. Truck repaired and the issue has not re-appeared. More

Wonderful service except Nick Lang is amazing he really takes care of your customers he is very busy but I understand that is what is takes.
