In for radio repair on 9/17/19 Requested simple repair of a Sirius radio module and what I get back is "my subscription expired".. That is the dealers response. As if I hadn't already ran the traps on that before I take the time to bring it this dealer. The radio is not taking the signal and Sirius said take it to be fixed. Never heard anything from Rosie the service advisor as to status update or solutions. Will not use her again, if there is a next time. I have always brought my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. I will think twice next time it needs any kind of repair or maintenance work. More
