Service advisor is always helpful and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and the restaurant makes the wait more tolerable. Once an appointment was made, I was informed it could take up to 2 days. 7 hours after dropping off my vehicle I was contacted buy my Service Technic Once an appointment was made, I was informed it could take up to 2 days. 7 hours after dropping off my vehicle I was contacted buy my Service Technician (JT) informing me that it was ready to be picked up. Randall Reed's Planet Ford - Humble TX I highly recommend Irma Velasquez, Service Advisor. She had a smile on her face, a great attitude and made sure that my drop off was quick and easy, I highly recommend Irma Velasquez, Service Advisor.
