The 1st. time was February/March of 2019, I brought my car 0 rating This Is the 2nd. time I used Planet Ford 59 service in the last year and half. The 1st. time was February/March of 2019, I brought my car in to have the brakes done. Within a few days, I had my Grandchildren, and husband with me, and I couldn’t stop the car, my brakes went out on me! Thank God I was on a street in a residential area, and not on the freeway!!! We got out and looked, and found a part on the road by my back tire, Planet Ford service forgot a bolt that should have been there, it was the piston that was on the road. This happened on a Sunday, so I had to pay to have my car towed to my house and wait till Monday to call Planet Ford. Once I contacted the dealership, they did contact me back, and did take care of everything, from having my car towed in and repaired, AGAIN. But they wouldn’t have had to do it, if the service tech would have done their job right the first time!!! Let alone we could have been injured or killed, because of their mistake. Now this is the 2nd. time having my car at the same dealership, to have my A/C worked on. After they checked over my car, they informed me I needed a A/C blower, struts, and tires. We agreed on what work to be done, and I was waiting on the call to pick up my car. Well I received that call, with a “I have good news and bad news”. The work was done on my car, but now my car is in the body shop! What, WHAT?!? Yep one of the service techs were moving another vehicle and backed into my car… Needless to say, this is the last time I bring my car to these idiots at Planet Ford 59 service. I would not recommend anyone to have service done at this Planet Ford, take your money elsewhere! I was told on Tuesday August 18th, my car was done (a week and a day later). Drive to the dealership, after paying $1,285. I was a block away from the dealership and my A/C started blowing HOT!!! I took it back and asked for a refund, and was told the Lady who issues credit was gone for the day. I have to wait till morning to get my refund. Also I still have a broken lens, from when one of the Techs hit my car. The young lady who came out to help me when I returned, was the first person in a week that offered me a loaner vehicle. People please if you don't need to bring your vehicle there for repairs, don't! More

Lack of communication I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. I was contacted by Ms Barker on Monday and she assured me that she would keep me posted and get this resolved i actually felt good going into this. well its Friday ive left several message and no return call. I then was told that my calls needed to be referred to management. Horrible customer service. I contact ford and was told to take it to another dealership to get this knocking sound duplicated. Called another dealership they are happy to look at my truck for me to try to get this resolved being that ive only had this New truck for 3 weeks and 7 of those days was in the shop. So disappointed i heard such good things about planet ford in humble. More

Couldn't be better I am a senior citizen (80) on Oxygen 24/7. The service department has always been good. However, on this service trip advisor Terry Barr was fantast I am a senior citizen (80) on Oxygen 24/7. The service department has always been good. However, on this service trip advisor Terry Barr was fantastic. Because of how long it was going to take to do all the service performed he kept me updated to the progress frequently and I think he informed the mechanics of my condition. Terry Barr went to extra lengths of responsibility to assist me. This world needs more workers with this kind of kindness. More
