I brought my Ranger in for an oil change service, with a request to have the transmission looked at and the passenger side sunvisor to be replaced. The sun visor will randomly fall out of the bracket for no request to have the transmission looked at and the passenger side sunvisor to be replaced. The sun visor will randomly fall out of the bracket for no apparent reason. 1) I had to call back numerous times to check on my vehicle. No service person would return a call. 2) The sun visor was ordered (supposedly). I have never heard back on the status and it has been over 6 weeks. 3) The transmission appointment was scheduled for 90 days from my original request. So I drive a potentially failing transmission for 3 more months before someone is available to look at it. 4) I have called back and the service person who I originally worked with is always out, at lunch, or unavailable. VERY POOR customer service! More
