I only chose one star, because you cannot choose less. Honestly I would not return, and I will not refer my family or children. The people is very friendly at all times in the beginning until the close. They show you a car supposedly according to what you are looking for but they don't really let you choose. They show you a vehicle and give you price (accurate to the year and mileage of the vehicle) to convince you to go inside and run your credit. Once they see your interested on the vehicle and after running your credit they bring the paperwork showing that the price of the vehicle is way above $6,000 more than what they told you at the beginning. In a summary they will show you a vehicle with certain accessories and when you buy it, they remove it. They give you a price and when they see you are interested they elevate the price for me was more than 6,000. Liars and thieves. More

Let me start by saying that this is the third time I visited this place. The first time I came because of a recall. The second time they did not get around to check my car: too busy, I guess. Since the visited this place. The first time I came because of a recall. The second time they did not get around to check my car: too busy, I guess. Since then I noticed their cavalier mentality. They don't need my business. It's the Dealer, I get it. The third time I needed them to check 1 issue but since they had to keep it for 15 days (This, I still don't understand). I had them check the other 2 issues. Therefore, I was given a time frame for each issue: by the end of the week, 5- 7 days, and 15 days accordingly (in that order). I expected to be informed accordingly. It did not happen! I had to call several times. My calls were not returned. Then I found out the "Service consultant" was off the whole week. That week, I was supposed to be informed about the 5-7 days issue. Here I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Silly me! (to put it nicely). What is the point of the service department to have a direct line if calls are not answered? Soon I learned that calls were only answered when transferred, so that's what I did- no issues there. I did hear from him the day I needed to pick up the vehicle. Also, I was not informed, verbally, about the fact that there was a cost per diagnostic when I dropped off the vehicle. I take some responsibility for that. It is what it is! I needed to have the car looked at. Now, I just hope I don't need to go back to that place!!! LIVE & LEARN! More
