My wife and I had a great experience at Planet Ford. We bought a new Outer Banks Bronco. Jimmie was great!! He and I talked on the phone and texts for almost two weeks to get everything lined up b We bought a new Outer Banks Bronco. Jimmie was great!! He and I talked on the phone and texts for almost two weeks to get everything lined up before we came in. Then we spoke with Kevin in Aftermarket and that was another great experience. Finally we finished with Billy Harvey in finance. Finance usually is the grueling part of car buying, but Billy made it quick and painless. I definitely will buy here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had. More

Billing is misleading. Final service always costs a great deal more than that which was advertised.
