Rickey Janeau and the Quick Lane technicians did and excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the issue. Through the entire process Rickey kept me informed on the progress with the repair. Rickey and Joseph went the extra mile picking up my truck and making sure they got it into the service process as quickly as possible. My personal experience with Rickey and the Quick Lane Team has been very positive . My 2010 F-150 performs as well as the day I purchased it from Randall Reed. I attribute this performance to the top notch service and repair service provided by the Quick Lane crew of top technicians.
