I requested to see all of the numbers before I drove in and wasted time. They had the sales numbers, that were already agreed upon, wrong twice. They tried to charge me thousands more than what we had disc and wasted time. They had the sales numbers, that were already agreed upon, wrong twice. They tried to charge me thousands more than what we had discussed. Now a month later I receive my tags and find out they put a person on my registration that was not supposed to be on there. He didn’t sign paperwork at all that day and shouldn’t have been on there. I was told they would try to take care of it tomorrow. More

I spent hours at Planet Ford Humble going through numerous trucks and test driving, finally finding one I was given a price, I agreed on a price that the sales manager had written on the sales order, numerous trucks and test driving, finally finding one I was given a price, I agreed on a price that the sales manager had written on the sales order, the sales manager and salesman came back and said they didn’t know what price I had signed off on, they then presented me with sales orders with two other prices that were 4 to 5 thousand more, which was not what I had originally agreed to, so I walked out and went to another dealer that was transparent and respectful of my time, intelligence and budget.
