Everything was great I went to get my oil change but they did forget to put my sticker for my next oil change and the mileage I’m glad I noticed since I live more than an hour away I would’ve been mad if I did forget to put my sticker for my next oil change and the mileage I’m glad I noticed since I live more than an hour away I would’ve been mad if I would’ve got home and my sticker wasn’t there I told the guy and he got my sticker right away . There is a wait time at least this time I didn’t have to wait 3-4 hours like the last time so it’s best when you have an appointment . More

Sales experience was great, but service has been terrible due to lack of communication. Purchased $100k truck, two weeks later AC went out, received a loaner that locked the keys in and was 5-days before due to lack of communication. Purchased $100k truck, two weeks later AC went out, received a loaner that locked the keys in and was 5-days before resolving. replaced loaner with small $30k bronco that want pull trailer or boat. Now working on 3rd week and no truck and having to constantly call for updates; starting to regret purchase from Randall Reed! More
