Brought my truck in for transmission issues back few months ago. Took at least a month just to get it diagnosed. Needed a new transmission, warranty covered. So, i didn't have a vehicle for about 6 months ago. Took at least a month just to get it diagnosed. Needed a new transmission, warranty covered. So, i didn't have a vehicle for about 6 weeks. No rentals available. Took couple of weeks to repair. I called before I came to pick up to make sure vehicle was ready. When I arrived, I waited almost hour to get my truck because it wasn't pulled out and ready. It was blocked in and they had to use forklift to move another vehicle. I also asked to have my vehicle inspected but was told after the fact that the vehicle and to run about 75 miles after new transmission. So, understand that but would have been nice to know that up front. When it came time to pay, there was around $100 fee that I didn't understand. Rodney stated I asked for front differential to be flushed. I know nothing about vehicle maintenance and had no idea what that was or meant. He explained it to me. I explained I didn't request it but is it something that is needed. He really didn't respond but to say you requested it. I asked to see the original paperwork. He said he didn't have it. I asked if maybe the mechanic felt it needed to be done and if that's the case, I understood. He just said I don't know. You requested it. I gave up and left. I called my warranty company, Vision. Explained the situation. The rep said with my warranty it would probably be covered and to have Ford re file a claim for the front differential flush. I texted rodney a couple of times. He didn't seem to understand or want to help. He just said the original claim was already paid. I called a couple of times and he didn't call me back. I went up to the dealership about 2 weeks ago, rodney wasn't there. I asked for the service manager, he wasn't there either. I got his card and called him. I explained the situation and he said he would look into it. I heard nothing back so a week later, I called the service manager back. He asked for the story again, I resold the story. He said he check on it. It's been another week. Still no call back!! More
