I had a coupon for a discount on The Works package that I received in an email. I didn't mention it when I brought the car in just to see if the service advisor mentioned it, which he didn't. He also didn't ask me about the 2 outstand recalls that have been issued for my vehicle. So when it came time to pay for the service, I showed him the email for the discount and his words were...I wish you had shown me this at the beginning and I said...You didn't ask. I got the discount and just chocked it up to another so-so visit to the Planet Ford Service department. More

My car was in the shop for about 3 or 4 weeks and when I picked it up it was still having issues. Also it seemed that no one was on the same page with my car whenever I would call for updates.
