A little disappointed Salesman was great. Finance was good up until they didn't do what they said they would do. I asked that they hold a check for down payment until Thu Salesman was great. I asked that they hold a check for down payment until Thursday Aug. 1 until I had a chance to liquidate some funds to cover the check. I was informed that it was no problem. Bought truck on Saturday July 27 and by July 29, you guys were already calling for the down payment. I informed them again that I would have the money to cover the check by Thursday Aug. 1., and I was informed that it was noted. As I was at the bank trying to get my money to cover the check on July 31, my wife informed me that we were over-drafted because you guys had deposited the check a day early. Which sent my account in disarray. SO I GUESS YOU GUYS GOT YOUR MONEY.....SO YOU ALL WASN'T WORRIED ANYMORE, EVEN THOUGH YOU MESSED ME UP WITH OVER-DRAFT FEES. SHAME ON YOU, FOR NOT DOING WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE Went in just to see what chase had to offer on a price he wanted to buy my 2017 edge for. When I arrived of course my wife and I were met with nothing Went in just to see what chase had to offer on a price he wanted to buy my 2017 edge for. When I arrived of course my wife and I were met with nothing but smiles and courtesy. He introduced me to Vickie my saleswoman and it was nothing but courtesy and determination to get a deal done. Instead of them buying back my edge, I was put in a 2019 Explorer XLT FOR LESS PAYMENTS per month and a 18% finance rate to a 3.9!!!! Vickie is a trooper along with everyone at Plant Ford!
