Randall Reed forces consumers to purchase a discount program(Planet Citizenship) and pass it off as dealership service fees. If you refuse to purchase the dealership will refuse to sale you the car. T program(Planet Citizenship) and pass it off as dealership service fees. If you refuse to purchase the dealership will refuse to sale you the car. The cost of the Planet Citizenship varis from location to location. Their Spring location costs $689 and the Humble location charges $389. More

Any help would be appreciated the dealer "Randel Reed/Planet Ford" is a Very Bad representative of your company.The GM on down make promisses they DO NOT keep.
