Most recent service experience JT has been my service contact for a number of years. I called him and described the problem. He advised that the shop was backed up, but stated they JT has been my service contact for a number of years. I called him and described the problem. He advised that the shop was backed up, but stated they would get to my wife's vehicle as soon as possible. Within a couple days, he called to advise me that the repairs had been completed. As always, another satisfactory experience! More
