Worse dealership experience ever!I brought my truck in Worse dealership! I brought my truck in for two recalls and it took them a MONTH to get it done because they couldn’t seem to fix the problem correc Worse dealership! I brought my truck in for two recalls and it took them a MONTH to get it done because they couldn’t seem to fix the problem correctly! The FIRST time when they were supposedly done I searched it completely to make sure nothing was broken or taken and sure enough my cup holder insert was missing and when I brought it to their attention they asked me if I was sure it was in there when I dropped it off as if I was lying!!! Of course it was in there when I brought it in! They ordered me a new one but then I turned my radio on and my display screen wouldn’t come on! So then I had to leave it there AGAIN so that they can fix my radio (took them two MORE weeks). I get my truck back and I check everything out before I leave and everything seemed good until I leave the dealership and my transmission started to mess up! I had to once AGAIN take it back to have them fix it! This is my work truck so I had to miss out on work for their stupidity! I will never use this dealership nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. More

750 mile drive Everyone was friendly and attentive. I had been looking for a new vehicle and contacted this dealership via the internet. I talked with a salesman an Everyone was friendly and attentive. I had been looking for a new vehicle and contacted this dealership via the internet. I talked with a salesman and told him what I was looking for and my expectations. I told him that I lived out of state and wanted to deal in stone before I drove 750 miles one-way. The salesman contacted me and advised that the deal was within my parameters that I had set. I drove from New Mexico under the premise of one deal and got a different one when I got there. The Salesman was nice and helpful, but when I got into finance the numbers I was told, before I drove from New Mexico, were not the same. Finance tried to help by finding different financing options. I made the deal anyway. (The Dealership did reduce the price of the vehicle by 500 dollars on an issue that I brought up and I appreciated that.) More

I absolutely love my new vehicle!!! I went in looking for a potential buy, but trying not to get my hopes up. I was expecting to walk out empty handed. Boy was I wrong!!!! I was just floored. I'm coming from a 2009 Ford escape which is pretty roomy, and didn't want to go smaller. The newer 2019 is a bit smaller than my 2009, but the Ford Edge was the exact upgrade I needed. I hadn't even seen it and the sales guys were amazing. I told them what I didn't want which was a size concern for me. And my budget. It fit better than a glove. Super nervous the first 3 days driving a new vehicle for the first time in 10 years but it's been so much fun! It picks up nicely. I can't believe they found me a perfect car. From the moment I stepped out of my car, to the driving away. The attention to details and the patience they have is spectacular. I left feeling very good. I'm one to get cold feet on big purchases, but this one was just right. The next time I have to buy another vehicle, I am 100% coming back to Randall Reed's Planet Ford on 59. I'm not even going to look else where. Best buying experience ever. More
