Completely unprofessional Never had an experience at a dealership this bad. The sales manager Daniel F. and the GM Scott are completely and totally unprofessional. We went to this dealership to see if a lease was an option to get out of a negative equity situation in our current vehicle. They told they would not be able to get us to where we needed to be, and that was fine. We left, and no problem. About an hour later we received a call that they could get us within $50 of where we wanted our monthly payments on a lease. We decided to do the deal. We picked up our 1 and 3 year old, and headed the hour back. We agreed to the price, and signed papers for them to take ownership of our current vehicle, and proceeded to move our possessions over to what we thought was our new car. After about an hour, and being informed that they had 3 other people that wanted the vehicle, We were then approached by a finance person and informed that they had made an error and that in order to get the car at this price, we would have to put $12000 down. We asked to speak to the GM to which we got to speak with Daniel. Daniel mocked my wife when she explained the situation, and laughed that we thought that they should cover some of that cost since they had misrepresented the price to us. He laughed in my wife's face at this. They then told us that we must leave or they would call the cops. The whole time this interaction occurred Scott sat on his butt and did nothing. We made sure to tell several customers about our experience on the way out. We had to get our possessions out of the car we thought we were purchasing, and did not gran everything. We were pulled over by a police officer a couple of miles down the road for causing a scene at the dealership, and leaving some of our trash in the car. If you could give a company negative stars I would. I will never go back to this dealership again. More
