4 hours for a oil change. Was told it would take 2 hours. The worker is slow and on his cell phone. Unacceptable. It took o er 2 hours for my truck to get into service bay. I took my ‘16 F-150 to have some warranty work as well as recall items addressed. They treated me like royalty. Had a loaner waiting on me when I got there. I got my truck back within a few days.
