Warranty work Irma did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of the repairs. I did seem like it took a bit longer than I thought it should. The front end needed aligned, replaced the glove box and replaced the back window. It was in the shop from Monday @ 0730 and picked up Saturday around 1:30. Got an oil change and a garage full of oil when the lube tech didn't tighten the filter. Service advisor didn't even want to offer anythingrefund my money and ask how was I going to get home.?
