a poor excuse for a simple oil change I truly believe the service advisors and service Manager want to do the right thing and provide the best service they can provide. I had my oil changed and once again, the oil filter was leaking when I left. the quality of work the technicians are providing is very poor at best. the is the second time I had to take my truck back after an oil change. the first time, that had not even changed the oil as indicated on the paperwork. That event is well documented. In my line of work we have a system called dual verification. two people verify before and after we execute an operation, that it is done correctly. The first year we implemented the program, our error rate dropped 50%. Your error rate on my truck alone is 30%! You need to do something different. The quality of work the technicians are providing needs immediate attention. A simple oil change should never be an issue that a customer complains about. It is an easy way to make customers happy and get great ratings. A quick, efficient, oil change should be very simple. More
