The customer service is terrible. I purchased a new vehicle and it did not have the floor mats like it is supposed to. I thought at first, no big deal. The sales rep will take care of this issue and deliver quality service, after all this is an easy fix. That's not what happened at all. I was given the run around for a month after purchasing the vehicle. Something so simple, as to provide everything the vehicle comes with..that I paid for..is fair but the reps did not treat it that way. Once the sale was and the first review was sent with the promise off providing the floor mats, they did not keep their word. Its the principle. I paid over 45k for a brand new vehicle and the mistake was made by the dealership which the sales rep admitted, but the mats have still not been provided. I will continue to follow up but this is ridiculous and a poor reflection of how customers are treated at this dealership. More

Was at Planet Ford in Humble on 4/12/22 for a Six Pack oil change. Denisha Dickey met me at the door and welcomed me like a professional... that's what I expect since I am retired from the customer servic oil change. I am trying … AGAIN…. to bring my F150 back for the same electrical repair…. same repair. The service writer… AGAIN…. said that electrical service would not be available to bring my F150 back for the same electrical repair…. same repair. The service writer… AGAIN…. said that electrical service would not be available for 2-3 weeks. I said it’s just a cube relay replacement, he said that he would call to schedule a date for the service …… still waiting. I will report back once the relay is replaced. I’m guessing it will be in a month or so if the service writer is correct. More

These folks do not understand customer service, the guy went right to accusing me of being elitist. “I can’t put you ahead of other people” as though I was asking for that. I was asking if I could actually schedule service vs. leave the truck for two days. I mean 2 hours, half a day, but they needed it for two days. I walked out angry at RR as usual. I love my Ford, these folks are shady, seek other dealerships. More

He just grabbed the invoice and it to me. So instructions on what to do nor what to expense once the part arrived. He just gave me a blank stare until I walked away. When I went to pick the ordered part, same associate was upset because I dint bring the invoice. I had to walk him through different options to locate my order because his initiative to located my part was nonexistent. The associated next seems very bothered to be helping out the other customer.
