My sales assistant was awesome (Zoey) she went above and beyond to help me make an educated decision. When I went and discussed with her manager, we had almost agreed on a number and it was conveyed to me a beyond to help me make an educated decision. When I went and discussed with her manager, we had almost agreed on a number and it was conveyed to me as if I was getting a great deal although I would have been paying msrp (there was a miscommunication on a # with trade in vs not). This made me lose trust with the sales manager. The other big thing was when I took delivery of the vehicle my usb/usb-c didn’t work. Turns out a module was corrupted and I have been without my truck for over a week. More
