I very rarely give a 1-star review on anything. However, This time it is deserved. I scheduled maintenance online for a squeaky belt on my '23 F150. I arrived at 7:00am (my appointment time) and However, This time it is deserved. I scheduled maintenance online for a squeaky belt on my '23 F150. I arrived at 7:00am (my appointment time) and was told they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me. After some looking in the computer they found it. No big deal so far. Then I described the belt noise and explained that it doesn't happen every time the engine starts. I had a video that I'd taken of my truck with the hood up and you could clearly hear the belt squealing. The service advisor said he didn't want the video and that it would be no help for the technician. He said that hopefully they could recreate it. I dropped the truck off at 7:00am on Thursday morning. I called to check the status on Friday and was told it hadn't even been looked at yet. They said they'd get to it "early next week." That is completely unsatisfactory. I picked the truck up the next morning knowing that I'd never use Humble Planet Ford again. I will also recommend friends and family find another Ford dealership. More

i got an email about a recall on my car and how important it was. gave Evan Coleman a call and he right away got my car serviced and running smoothly. Then when everything was said and done i accidentally forgot my reading glasses in the loaner and he helped me get them back the very next day with no issues.
