Had to take my relatively new F150 upfitted truck into Plant Ford Humble with some noises coming from the Axle and a short timeframe before needing it for a long trip. He was excellent throughout. I let him know of my timeframe and he communicated with me and made sure the problem was diagnosed & corrected under warranty with enough time for me to be on the road. Great customer service. My husband and I went to look at a vehicle for him and we ended purchasing 2 vehicles instead of 1. Had oil change, air cabin filter, and tire replaced. Also had some recall work done. Was supposed to be in the shop a week, but was only two days. I appreciated the service manager hard work. The only thing I wish is they offered a loaner car if you have recall work that would take overnight or longer to complete. I had to get a rental car which cost a lot of money. More
