The overall dealership experience was the worst I have experienced. My salesman, Cameron, was knowledgeable and tried his best to help us have the best experience. The first issue was the paint not being experienced. My salesman, Cameron, was knowledgeable and tried his best to help us have the best experience. The first issue was the paint not being fixed on our vehicle in a timely manner. We were told we could pick up our corrected paint in the morning, but upon our arrival to the dealership we were informed that they had not even started the paint. Next, the day after purchase we realized that the factory code to the keyless entry was missing. Upon our arrival to the dealership for help, we were told that it was impossible to correct. I then called the service in the back and Kelly informed me that it was possible to plug the truck into the computer, but we should contact our salesman because we should not have to pay. The manager Jose said that he would not assist us with this process. I took my money elsewhere. I will never step foot back at planet ford and I will inform everyone I know to spend their money anywhere else. More
