Went it for transmission work that should have been under warranty. Randall Reed couldn’t see my vehicle for 6-8 weeks. Forced to resort to repair from local shop and this was competed in 4 days (part del warranty. Randall Reed couldn’t see my vehicle for 6-8 weeks. Forced to resort to repair from local shop and this was competed in 4 days (part delivery took 3 days and repair took. 1). Ford now refuses to reimburse the costs which they would have been required to cover under warranty. Their justification. Is that the Ford dealership did not complete the repairs even though I used a “Ford certified” repair shop. Sadly, it’s what’s become of customer service. More
I was not happy with the way I was treated when I returned the next day after picking up my new car because there was a brake problem.
