Ive done this review 4 times now. Make us drive from Sugarland to get a second loaner car. Then tell us our service dog was not allowed in the loaner car. Our service dog has more rights than any of us, including the people at your dealership that said she couldn't. We could sue you for that... And to think we was looking to buy a new truck from you. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK THERE FOR ANY REASON....ANd will never recommend anyone to go to your dealership.... Very unprofessional..... More

Cristian Mendoza was outstanding when it came to getting my wife and I what and where we needed in order to fulfill our dreams with purchasing a brand new ford explorer. As soon as we rolled up and hour bef my wife and I what and where we needed in order to fulfill our dreams with purchasing a brand new ford explorer. As soon as we rolled up and hour before they closed he got straight to work with running numbers and keeping communication open at all times.
