Cristian Mendoza was outstanding when it came to getting my wife and I what and where we needed in order to fulfill our dreams with purchasing a brand new ford explorer. As soon as we rolled up and hour before they closed he got straight to work with running numbers and keeping communication open at all times. Cristian and his co workers stayed until midnight getting us into something that we will be driving for many years to come and we are entirely grateful for the smooth process and continuous smiles. Kelli my service advisor at Randall Reed ford. kept me well informed on the progress of my truck….My ford motor company advisor was very little help, she was always asking me ,about my how the rep kept me well informed on the progress of my truck….My ford motor company advisor was very little help, she was always asking me ,about my how the repairs on the truck are going.
