Very pleased with the customer service I received yesterday. First experience and first service for my truck. Had an appt for Thursday but was in the area so I called and the guy said come in. Kelli was great to work with. We had an appointment set for 0700 and the truck mostly got in on time. I was disappointed in how long it took even though we had an appointment. 4.5 We had an appointment set for 0700 and the truck mostly got in on time. I was disappointed in how long it took even though we had an appointment. 4.5 hours for new tires and alignment. These are work trucks so time is money. I set appointments as early in the morning so that wait is minimal. Side of the truck had greasy hand prints on it. I have four vehicles that are serviced exclusively in your service department and I drive from Pearland to have them serviced there. So mine and my staffs time is important. More
